I recall many deriding him early on and he has overpaid several but has he emerged as a top GM?

I definitely think so. He has definitely become more balanced. Indeed a top GM

I think the partnership with McVay has definitely improved his skills.
A great manager doesn’t hire people who are equals… they hire people smarter than themselves.

Kroenke going all in plus Mcvays skill as a coach and ceo can't be understated

I think he has less mistakes on draft picks. Same with FAs minus a couple but those were years ago minus Robinson.

I feel he is the best GM in the business especially with some of his troops leaving for other teams. Shows how good he is sometimes it is clear the underlings are propping the GM not in our case.

I think so but I also think our scouts are amazing which hasn't always been the case. They must pay for the best scouts in the league. I was worried about losing Holmes and now we lost Gladstone. No idea how the 2025 class will pan out but we hit a few home runs after losing Holmes.

Les is doing something right. SB win, and a front office and coaching staff that other teams keep stealing from.

And back to back, knock it out of the park drafts, in 2023 and 2024.

Exactly, hence why I just dont even understand this post in the first place.

Some people will just question no matter what the DATA shows. Les has brought nothing but results and winnings seasons. Rams are no joke and teams DO NOT want to play us... but yet, after multiple SB appearances (w a win), winning seasons and playoffs almost every year... some will still sit here and ask 'Has Les Improved' (no matter what the results are).

Sorry to be direct on this, but I just dont get the post at all.
