Bottom post of the previous page:
49ers fans pay high prices for tickets. When their team was poor they didn't turn up and their new stadium was empty. When their team is competing for the playoffs they'll pay sky-high prices and they'll travel. When the Rams were in St. Louis fans paid much lower prices for tickets. When their team was poor they didn't turn up and their new stadium was empty. When the team was competing for the playoffs they paid sky-high prices. Now the Rams are in Los Angeles. Fans pay high prices for tickets. When the team was poor in the 1st year they didn't turn up. Ticket prices were higher because Los Angeles is a travel destination and opposing fans showed up. Now the team is competing for the playoffs fans still won't pay sky-high prices, but opposing fans will. I'm not blaming any of the location fan bases. There are just cultural and financial differences. From an NFL or owners perspective San Francisco and Los Angeles are good locations for expensive stadia and St. Louis isn't. It is what it is and I don't see it changing significantly over the next 30 years, regardless of results. Supporting a team with a small and somewhat fickle fan base is part of being a Rams fan.

First post in this thread. I just have to say LA Rams fan in LA are pretty pathetic. You got a new NFL team, new stadium, and it's the 2nd BIGGEST game of the entire season/playoffs, and you are outnumbered by the opposing team? I am not even talking about an even split, but outnumbered? That's pretty lame. If you can't show up for this game, then which game will you show up for? This wouldn't have happened in STL.
For everyone blaming this on the economic situation in LA, this would never happen for a Lakers playoff game. NEVER.

Okay dude, going out and saying you got a Montana/Rice jersey is a step too far over the line.
All I have is a Clayton Kershaw Dodgers T shirt . And LA kings old jersey with no name on the back .

It's going to be hilarious is these reports are just media bs.
Regardless, the Rams have a solid and growing fan base. They had a great home crowd in the wild card game. Some teams just have global fan bases like the Niners. I mean have we forgotten how many niner fans were at Cowboys stadium. Why no one can understand this is rather perplexing. Rams can win 10 Superbowls in a row! Guess what they'll still be a crap load of SF fans. That's life....deal with it.
LA talk radio has been talking about this all week. I think it will be a lot of red come sunday
Was in my credit union just now and teller had Montana jersey on. They are going Sunday. Said she and her husband got their tixs from a Ram season ticket holder that her husband went to school with. Husband is a Rams fan. She said they have 10 other Niner friends coming down from Oregon who all bought their tixs from Ram season ticket holders. I guess their Ram season ticket friend lined up the other 10 with other season ticket holders in his section. Didn’t ask what they paid for the tixs…………..
SMFH………….

Little did that poor little teller know who she was talking too. Yikes.
I think I would have paid maybe $100 to sit there in line by you and see your expression when she said "10 other niner friends are coming down and joining us'...
I actually have on one of my Ram sweatshirts………
Oh I told her how damn bleeped this was making me in regards to Rams season ticket holders. She is sweet girl so I didn’t get too obnoxious with her. I also told her Rams are winning so you won’t be the one happy on that flight home. She in return threw the 6 game BS at me………..

Does anyone recall a few years ago in the playoff game against Dallas, approximately what percent of fans were Cowboy fans?
I recall similar talk about them taking over the stadium, but I seem to recall it not being as bad as expected. Just curious.

Crazier is this conversation:
“Hey Bob you want to sell your tickets for the conference championship. I know some Niner fans that will buy them. Cool you do. I’ll let my friend know so he can tell his Niner friends. I’m also going to call Scott and Tim in our section to see if they want to sell their tickets. More Niner fans will buy them from us Ram season ticket holders”……………..

Yes, there will be more niner fans than Rams fans Sunday. There is only one way to defeat their noise and the Rams themselves have to do that. Take those fans out of the game by hitting the niners in the mouth and controlling the game. Give them nothing to cheer about and send them home in the 3Rd qtr. Rams…go do it.
