Flores is getting a head coaching job this offseason you can take that to the bank. I do like Fangio. Funny thing is about Morris is there is a lot of talk about him getting a HC job which would be great for the Rams. Get him the hell out of hereunclesams wrote: ↑January 10th, 2022, 6:02 pm I'm hoping for the best moving forward in the playoffs but I'm 100% sure Jalen Ramsey does NOT like the defensive scheme that Raheem Morris runs at ALL!! With that said I feel McVay must make a change with Raheem Morris. That defensive scheme is not the correct scheme for the players we have. I feel Brian Flores would be perfect for the Rams because he employes an attack style defense and will place the players in the format towards there strengths. Jalen Ramsey would be lined up on whoever the number one WR for the opposing team hands down. I also feel Flores would have favor on the correct linebacker to come to LA that we need.
Bottom line, I hope we make it to the Superbowl and win it and even if we do, Morris must go!!
Must maintain the 'We' not 'Me' philosophy within our organisation.. Just seems to me Flores doesn't quite get that concept from his time in Miami.DMRamFan wrote: ↑January 21st, 2022, 4:00 pmIve only heard and read what Sanbag said as well...UK Rams Fan wrote: ↑January 16th, 2022, 6:03 am Whether he wanted Herbert or not, his persistence in trying to lure Watson in to replace Tua caused friction between the two which then resulted in a falling out between him and Grier (GM) where they didn't actually talk to each other from the midway point of the reg season.
Doesn't sound like the guy can handle conflicts of interest very well and then throws his toys out of the pram when he doesn't always get his way. We need the level headed types who are an influence in the dressing room and not disrupters like him.
If you are correct UK, you're right... The reason McVay and Snead get along it seems is because they both seem to know and understand their place. Im sure they have had many disagreements, and the only one I have seen that was somewhat public was draft day a couple of seasons back when McVay looked livid.
What we have right now is extremely professional. No airing of dirty laundry and I love this.
Now, if Flores came in and understood his role, then things could be copacetic. But if all what you are describing is true... Thanks for shop'n, bye bye now. I don't care how good the guy is, chemistry and understanding your place w the Rams organization is vital imo 8-)
