Goff has a good arm and is a tall, experienced, tough kid. He throws dimes, especially when given time. It just seemed like something was missing for us..

Stafford has much of the same stuff. Obviously the experience. To me the difference in Stafford's game is he has what I felt was missing in Goffs game. Mostly his awareness and poise to stand and slide in the pocket. He also has a more twitchy / shifty / all arm angles style.

Jared is finally syncing with Campbells system and probably getting better at calling more plays on his own. McV might have stunted him. On a good team he's still plenty good enough.

Not all for the name calling. I respect your post, you’re a great and long time poster but it’s amusing how when someone says something truthful about Goff, you take it as negative and immediately come to his rescue. All good… Go Rams!

Bengals fans are pretty pissed at Zac Taylor, as am I. What the hell was he thinking going to a lame running game when they were shredding SF’s secondary with the pass? He seemed to be trying to outthink everyone by doing the opposite of what would make sense, kind of like his old boss does at times.

Cincinnatti's O did enough to win and did bring the team back...
I think you have to look at the Bengals D. They made SF punt 3 times and try a long FG, which they missed on the previous 4 - 9er drives, enabling them to come back from 20-6 down for the 23-20 lead in OT.
They needed a tough defensive stand, one more time and the game was theirs but instead went into a soft prevent which left the middle wide open and Shanny exploited it with JG throwing downfield way more than we usually see him. Cincy made no adjustments and made no plays on defense on that drive. SF even overcame a 1st and 20 after a holding call..
Same with the Bills, got multiple stops that enabled the Bills to get back into and tie the game and then gave it up at the end.... never liked the prevent defense mindset.

And they should be. Absolutely stupid he ran the ball on second down in OT when They had driven the ball like they did with strictly passes. 3rd n 3 was a given they were going to throw again and Bosa knew this……….

Cincy needs an upgrade at HC……….

Not a great football day with Rodgers, Brady and San Fran all winning. The Refs really carried Tampa over the finish line yesterday. Would suck to be a Bills fan knowing every close coverage call went against you. Every single one.
