Bottom post of the previous page:
Anyway we can get Floyd for 10-11m (never hurt n good at both run n pass) and Hill for 6-7 shorter deal? (Long will be fine replacement but depth is critical at CB).

funny you guys were singing the same tune about his last year and the dude made the Pro Bowl. this guy is legit...not a good thing for the Rams if they re-sign him. get him off this team
The guy hasn’t played a full season since 2013. Not debatable. If you want to pay him that kind off money then I’m glad you are not our GM oc.
he was voted the top OL in 2020 by PFF. I think you were one of those clowns bagging of me last year when I said the Rams should have traded for him. say what you want but this dude can flat out play. not sure what he will sign for but it will be a lot that is for sure. he played in 14 games last year. first and foremost the Rams don't have that kind of money so you don't have to worry about me being the GM.

Rams can't afford TW. He is about to get 20 plus a year.

my whole point in this whole discussion was the 49ers are going to be worse off by not re-signing him. that was it. Would I like to see TW on the Rams roster???? Hell yes I would who wouldn't?? He was the top LT last year. the guy is a freakin stud. But I know he is too expensive

BB signs another one. WTF
Nelson Agholor is going to the Pats. Making moves on the offensive side of the ball. may have to be the total games won for the Pats.

Raiders make a big splash sign DE Yannick Ngakoue. #2 FA overall. Raiders needed desperate help at the DE position

Hearing Golladay to the Jags.
Golladay and Chark Jr would make one of the best duo's in the league. Two very underrated players.
Meyer is smart need to get Lawrence targets.

BB in New England is getting all his FA jollies out in one offseason. No comp pick were coming to them in 22 anyway, lol.
3 very solid pickups for the Pats today

And will need everything to break perfectly for them next year to get to the playoffs in that division.
remember they had 8 guys opt out last year and half of them were solid players. they are going to be better than you think.

I really don't think so.
And that's why they're throwing a shit ton of money around in FA, which they haven't done before.
But.. I will say that I think people are a little too excited making fun of them for signing Cam for what I would call dirt cheap.
If he's healthy for a full season? Would be a bargain.
Smith is a stud that will only help out Cam. Also Agholor is underrated. the division is not good IMO. Let's see if Buffalo can repeat what they did last year. Not sold on Tua at all. Jets flat out suck. I think you are underestimating them.

Brown wants to play LT only and the Jags franchised their LT. I haven't heard that rumor but anything is possible.
good point HR. question on Brown is does he really care if they pay him what ha wants?

Silly amount for that guy.
you can say that for about 90% of the signings every year. Griffin is a good player and CB is a very desired need around the league.

He’s okay. Good is kind of a stretch.
Rams got better play out of 2 UDFA players.
NFL Network had him as one of the top CB's in FA. depends on who you listen to and think of him.

John Ross to the Giants for 2.5 for one year.
Tells me the Rams had no interest in him -or- he saw little opportunity and wanted to be more than just a field stretcher hoping to maximize his next deal.
One thing I had thought but never typed out... the Rams would have a good idea of what Ross was like. McVay talks to his guys.. and the Bengals benched Ross.
I would have signed him for that much. I think what is really happening is the Rams with all this restructuring is just to get under the cap. I think they are done in FA too. maybe Blythe but I don't see anyone else coming in

Brian Billick just said on NFL network there isn't 1 GM in the NFL that would trade the capital that it would take to get a RW or Watson it's just too much.
David Carr said my sources tell me Watson will not show up when camp opens. Shit is going to get interesting.
all said RW will not be moved and I think Watson will force a trade half way thru the year

Billick knows nothing. He's a fossil. If Rams gave up TWO 1's for Stafford they surely would have given up the THREE 1's for Watson. Same with the Bears, who assuredly offered the Hawks something in the three 1's range. Billick has done nothing more in this League than LUCK INTO an All-Time Top 3 Defense.
Not trying to fight with ya buddy but Billick is an old fuddy-duddy who is simply threatened by the holdout of the player and is probably scared of the humongous trade compensation. Nothing to see here. Watson WILL be traded.
you are not listening to what I said. Who says 3 1's are the bounty for Watson??? according to multiple people on the NFL network today, Billick/Rappaport, said it would take a lot more than that. I think you are misguided to think it would only take 3 1's. Let's not compare Watson to Stafford either

Yeah 3 1's and some spare change should do it. And if not 4 1's, and some team (Broncos, Bears) would do it.
according to you and I but what do we know???
