that sums it up why I want him gone. I can also see a bunch of players just cruising and lacking effort in his defense.

It’s all about effort. If you don’t put the effort in, you get your ass handed to you.
For me.. if you don’t put in the effort, there is no reason you should be on the roster… or even on the practice squad.
The biggest lesson I have learned In life, everyone is replaceable.

In taekwondo, you perform like you practice. I suspect for the Rams, practices have not been as intense as they could be; greater effort needs to emerge from this team now.
