Bottom post of the previous page:
One thing I remember when playing and in 4th and inches or goal lines stances, is coaches could not emphasize more of holding the ball w two arms so tightly, you couldn’t slip a greased BB out of it.sanbagger wrote: ↑October 4th, 2025, 3:42 amKW has definitely put the rock on the ground more than he should....but on that play, it looked as though he had the ball tucked pretty darn good and that fumble was more of an excellent play by the defender and not so much as a careless play by KWrammingspeed wrote: ↑October 3rd, 2025, 12:02 pm Bench Kyren for a game to wake his ass up. Stop fucking fumbling. Run Corum the whole game, but definitely DON'T pitch to him or throw to him, period - dude has the worst hands I've ever seen on a RB. Put the entire starting O-line in on the FG unit, as a punishment and make them practice it for a whole fucking day or two over the next 10 days. Put Ferguson in the game, full stop.
If you look at the play again… he puts his left arm out to soften his landing as he knew he was going down. Also Should have never left his right arm out like that while holding the ball (not protecting). You keep it tucked w both arms till you hear the whistle.
Just my opinion here

Yes it's as if he took two hands off the ball to brace for his fall into the end zone. You cant do that, when running through traffic. Horrible decision, there was no need to brace for his fall. Worst case you lose your wind falling on the ball, better than fumbling.DelMar wrote: ↑October 4th, 2025, 7:48 amOne thing I remember when playing and in 4th and inches or goal lines stances, is coaches could not emphasize more of holding the ball w two arms so tightly, you couldn’t slip a greased BB out of it.

They needed to eat up more time anyway. Dumb that he didn’t just protect the ball and fall.
