Agreed!

Goodness I hope so. I sure hope Shula doesn’t fall into prevent soft D… we’re the better team…So let’s also be the smarter team.

Williams looks like a new RB today

This is a global statement at times I love our secondary, hard hitting aggressive good open field tackling. And then there is huge blown coverage? Wish more consistent.

Not sure I like them taking a knee there. We had 2 TO's and 1:28 and 2nd and 1... Lot's of time for another score. No mercy!

What he do?
He decided to not try for a td or fg with close to 1:28 minutes left, 2 time outs, from the rams 20, in the rain, up 21-0 and getting the ball to start the half.

Great game so far, but I would have tried to get a Fg there. Too conservative imo. Let's keep the same intensity in the second half and finally play a complete game.

If the weather was better and we were home I would agree. I like the methodical approach by McVay.... He's calling an excellent game so far.
I still would have went for the points. It's the NFL and momentum sometimes shifts after the break... You go into NO huddle shotgun and go quick you're working that D more then you already have so far. Then go get em again after the break and their D would be almost done for the day. Hope they don't play to not lose again is all I'm saying really!

If it wasn’t raining and we weren’t so deep in our own side, I would agree. But to me, why take a chance of a dumb turnover trying to rush one in, when we’re up 21 points. For me, I’m glad we went conservative on that possession.

Also other reason I’m glad we didn’t try and rush one down for a FG end of second half is our history this year. We’ve just made too many errors and mental mistakes.

I just don’t trust us, yet.

I understand both sides, but the rain (which imo makes a long fg attempt a non option), and the way the D been playing, I lean to being conservative.

With that said I could have lived with either decision.

Well they took a knee and the opportunity's gone so we'll just have to live with it now...
Go get em in the 2nd half.
Nice job getting virtually every one involved in the Offense. Everyone....

I hated it. At a minimum okay for a FG. 21 points is never enough for this team based on history.

McVay starts out pretty instead of running the ball in the second half and Shula playing soft.... this might not end well.

*But also based on our history this season…we’ve made too many mistakes this. Imagine if we turned ball over on Jags own 25?! And they score… everyone in here would be chewing Sean’s head off.

Passing is why the rams are up 21. If Mcvay goes conservative with the run, wouldn't that be letting off the gas, that many people say they dont want Mcvay to do?
