I respect AJ and his importance to the Rams & battle to play through a serious medical issue. IMO he struggled greatly today & look forward to his PFF grades. He looked slow, tentative & lacked his normal physicality - albeit vs a quality DE. Here is a salute to his effort today and hopes he can stay healthy & build back to his former level of play - the Rams need him .

True but the fact that he played without being a huge liability against some of the best edge rushers in the NFL says alot.

Thought he had a pretty good day considering. He had some pretty good pass rushers lining up against him and most of the trouble came from the inside pas rushers. Jackson basically had to avoid any contact all preseason due to his injury. Considering that he played better than one could be expected.
