I dunno, Rams have been doing ok plugging guys in (Howard with the pick) and McVay has the "team concept" instilled in them.

A makeshift O line stopped a team that leads the NFL in sacks.

IMO only Stafford & Donald with Michel a close 3rd are indispensable right now.

I think the Rams are better off than a lot of teams where injuries are concerned.

Agreed, but don't sleep on Howard. He beat out all the other ILBs, in 2020 but got injured for the year. Had suffered through some injuries this year too. Howard is talented especially in coverage.

Can't wait to have Jones and Howard on the field together at ILB.

I think he got injured on his long run when I thought a horse collar tackle should have been called. It looked horrible. I was happy to see him get up and walk off

I would love to see Powell speed incorporated into the offense. Come on Mcvay, you have to get him a few plays in space. Maybe a wheel route or screen.

Has nothing to do with him as a receiver. It’s his ability to take it to the house on punt n kick off returns to give us an additional dimension to score.

I got why Kupp was back there on punts in regards to sure hands on fair catches because he was never going to be allowed to actually return a punt. But Powell is what we needed. Not sure why it took so long to find him………..

Well....I agree with that and I responded that he was important yesterday.....I believe ST's is very important and a good returner is judged by consistency and the ability to break one off every now and then.

I also think he might get a shot as a WR as the good guys are thin right now and I'm thinking I would rather see Powell than Skowronek at this point....but I don't know if he can run a route or catch a pass....adding that dimension would make him "so valuable" IMO

They just said Jones will need surgery in his ankle and is going to IR . the way mcvay said it , I think he is done for the season . DAMN .

Jones is just a killer injury. Key guy for us. Welp, we just have to go and win the Super Bowl without Woods and Jones. At least Cam came back.

Yea...that stings a bit....BUT...didn't we lose Howard last year?...now he gets a chance, if healthy, to show his stuff and he made an INT in the redzone.

Henderson is not a factor moving forward I believe, the loss of Jones will hurt, fortunately we have Hollins back. Boy I would have liked to have claimed Zack Cunningham off that waiver list
