Everyone stepped up. Not many people can stop AD. Not many QBs can make the throws Stafford made tonight. Sony played solid, Williams was great, Floyd was Floyd. We played with heart.

Defense played their best game tonight. They stopped the run. It was beautiful to watch.

They were soft at times but he kept to his plan and kept the pressure on Murray. Yes, at times you are going to give up yards but that mistake on the run is going to happen. Arizona is a complete team and we beat then with a incomplete team. It’s on us now!

Re: How did they do it?
Simple.
Stafford didn’t make any game killing mistakes. Murray did.
There’s no magic formula. And it’s why QBs get the big $$$$ because they usually decide wins and losses.
And you can’t argue the entire team outplayed Arizona, bc they didn’t. Arizona had far more yardage but made too many critical mistakes

Re: How did they do it?
Jones int was huge. The guy has great hands. A lot of DBs would have dropped that ball. Definitely a turning point in the game.
The entire team was inspired. Need to carry that over. They were playing physical in both sides of the ball. Great game plan, and some greatness by MS.
Now, let's hope no more covid. One would have to figure there will be more positives. Let's hope not.

It’s called the NFL which many still don’t understand……..
Within a season you are going to have highs and lows……..
You get thru the lows when you have players like Donald, Stafford, Kupp, Beckham, Floyd, and a few others who are are actually quite good………..
And you have a HC who has never had a losing season…….

For some reason they came out on fire tonight and Sony's running opens up many good things for this team!

That DL is really clicking. If they can harness that going forward and get some bodies returning on the back end, watch out.
Props to Morris last night, I've been vocal against him, but credit where it's due. That was a very good performance especially with the issues in the secondary.
