This is dead on accurate. Run D we employ is small by NFL standards and cannot stop down hill run heavy teams. Seattle played this way and gashed us on the ground and kept our O in the sideline. Based on our inability to stop it today we will see a lot more of it in the future. We Ram nearly no O plays in the 3rd quarter exactly like the Seattle game.

I heard this morning the Rams lead the NFL with plays under center. (It was around 62% or higher.) I can't find the stat anywhere but will keep looking. They were talking about how many QBs can't play under center since they don't in college.

The interesting thing I found was that when Philly is under center they run the ball 96% of the time. (I even saw 1 post that said last week they ran 100% of the time under center.) Just thought this was an interesting stat. (The Tush Push gets counted so probably skews the mix a little.)

Rams back on track today. As dynamic as the passing offense was I think the Rams could have won the game today without a pass. The offensive line is getting on a roll and with the 13 groupings they are just smashing the ball up the field. Kyren and Blake both going off. Time to play some BULLY BALL NEXT SUNDAY AND BEYOND.

I was thinking the same thing. Who cares how crowded we are. None of our TE's are better than average. Not even Higbee at this point in his career. Get the rookie in there. He can't be any worse. And oh, by the way, draft another TE next year too.

Listen to the Sac Kings flag ship last 2 hours while heading to Sacramento. They are saying has bathing to do with W/L record. How could it. It was Kroenke being fed up that neither could get along with each other as well as Malone not getting along with many in front office. Supposedly he talked to both about it months ago and it was only getting worse. He had enough even this late in season.

Malone has been pissed for a while that they let the GM in Minnesota out the door. He was the one who put the current roster together. They said here this morning that Malone was in all likelihood getting fired after the season because they really like Adleman.

Sac flag ship said also it was a known fact that Malone wasn’t speaking to the Kings GM when the Kings fired him. Great coach they said but beyond difficult to get along with.

Unless McVay n Sneed all of a sudden………..

sad part is he won't give us an honest answer on why he didn't kick the FG. I think he always tries to be the smartest guy in the room and a lot of times he isn't. just ridiculous


He isnt going to throw his players under the bus. There aren't many coaches who do. Even Andy Reid doesnt. He just says he has to put guys into a better position to win and times yours.

yeah sometimes OC's just try to get a little too cute. I agree it would have been Henry 4 times. I blame Harbaugh for not saying anything in the moment after all he is the HC.


Also, Baltimore didn't throw downfield once all game IIRC. That occured to me after the game.

I blame the 2018 SB loss on McVay more than Goff. McVay refused to adjust and was completely out-coached by Belicheck. He should have used CJ Anderson much more than he did. Gurley's meltdown certainly didn't help either. If your QB is struggling, then adjust the gameplan. The defense was outstanding.

I'm not happy about the last 2 weeks...but somehow I feel more at ease now because my expectations are much lower. Not expecting any wins in playoffs, so when we roll, it will be a nice big, fat surprise.



You hit the nail on the head - our expectations were way too high for the team. I kept hearing we are the best all around team and the favoirties to win it all. In reality before the season started I though I'd be happy with a playoff win and looking to next year with more draft captial. Once I reset my expecations after being pissed off for a few days I actually feel better.

Assuming the Ravens are tanking/giving up on the season it makes sense Henry is on the trade block. He’s at the end of his career. All those touches and already 31 years old.

I think he’d help the Rams in the short term for sure. But he’s also signed for 2026/27 and I don’t think the Rams want that obligation.

I’d give up either Kyren or Corum for him though. I don’t see the Rams extending Kyren, and both of those guys are too similar.

I’d offer Kyren and a 4th. The compensation shouldn’t be that much bc you’re only getting half of the 2025 season and probdbly a low quality 2026 season given Henry’s age


Dude, what is wrong with you? Do you even follow the Rams? We already extended Kyren in the offseason. He is a McVay favorite and team leader. Also, we don't even have a 4th so your post is unimpressive on a few levels. You are one of these clowns that wants to make every trade no matter how unrealistic. :roll:

You guys all suck….well most of you. How easily you turn on our team who is beating a team right now that they need to beat, all while trying to avoid injuries. We are missing key players who make this offense run. The longer our O has the ball the less the D will be out there. We just might put up 40 on these guys, just like I said before the game started. What do you want, a 100 point lead? Sheesh..enjoy our team, we are going to the playoffs and we need to rally around our team and they will play good football. Everybody will be back next week and it will make a large difference.

Changing the long snapper won't help much . Chase and KArty both need to go.


I do think it will help..the Long Snapper is a very vital part of the whole sequence..theses guys are so important. The really good ones are able to to the snap the football right into the holders hands with the laces facing out so all he has to do is catch it and hold it..instead of searching for the laces costing valuable time and throwing the timing off..Jake has been around for a long time and has this down pat

He made 21 out of 23 FG's this year in the UFL. Long was 56 yards. He had 6 games out of 11 that he kicked a FG 50 yards or longer. I think he'll be ready to go. I think he's well worth the risk. Hard to be worse than the worse kicker in the league...

As far as kickoffs go only 8.6% of his kicks were touchbacks. Since the NFL adopted the UFL kickoff rules I expect he's good to go there too...

I will have to agree...at this point, the rams just need to find their next franchise qb. I am done with Stafford. Doesn't do you any good to play well until week 14 and then play like shit the rest of the season and playoffs. Mcvay and Stafford only have a SB RING BECAUSE OF AARON DONALD.
