Media made this defense sound better than it really iwas.We can talk about STs being a major problem but this defense when needed to make crucial stops in games they lost, once again came up small. To me the D line is overrated and its lack of pressure getting to the QB is exposing an below average secondary

McVay at today’s post game presser. We have heard this before. I do think he is sincere and Blackburn may finally be shown the door.

It doesn't make sense for the future for the now 2025 makes sense. Long term the assets you need to give up outweighs his value. He is a better Ramsey in terms of what he can bring to the Rams but we need a QB in the future and those 2 1st round picks are the answer to potentially getting us there. We can have a short sugar high or a long term stability. Currently we have 2 1st a 2nd etc plus 20m in money in our coifers. We have a ton of players due new contracts and most deserve them we need the $ to do it.

The only question a Ram fan needs to ask if we traded for Parson assuming we lose BY in the trade do we make or win the SB verses standing pat being able to add a piece at the trade deadline if needed bc of the $ we have available? I think most would say prior to hearing of Parsons trade request we were good enough currently to win the SB. We got to both Hurts and Darnold a ton in the playoffs. Imagine what this line can do with better ILB play, Poona Ford and another full off-season I would think we will be even a step better and that's without a Parsons.

Sean is 4-1 vs Shanahan ATS (Against The Spread) the last 5 meetings, playoffs included with the only L being the game the Rams gave them earlier this year. Omit the 2 KW fumbles and the 2 ST blunders and the Rams win that game in Regulation Time too, by at least 2 scores.

I actually think we are good for at least another decade plus with McVay. And LA will be one of the most attractive jobs in the NFL.

Personally, I think male cheerleaders are super gay and I don't like it. Seems like all the other forced woke agenda stuff under Biden. The male cheerleader comparison in college does not equate. This black once a year isn’t that awful. I think how they deigned this looks like crap, shoulders look lame and don’t belong.

As many know, I’m not the biggest fan of our new gear by any measure. I’ve somewhat adjusted and accepted, whatever… but the one thing I just can’t seem to look past is the broken horn on the heads. Trivial to most, sure… but I just felt the thick solid horns was our identity, our soul… who we were.

Hoping someday Rams figure this out. Make our helmets great again!

It wasn't the player .... it was the play call. Blew a potential 20-7 lead at halftime with a second half receive.
Take the points....stop the Panthers....go into halftime up 20-7. In theory makes sense, right?
They're advancing to the next round , but the "talking heads" are not giving them much of a chance... no matter who the opponent is.

From the get go something was off with passing game.


Really? Stafford completed his 1st 8 passes for 114 Yards and a TD and the Rams were up 14-0 after both teams had 2 Possessions!
He passed to Puka on the 2nd Rams TD but it was ruled a rushing TD because the pass went backwards. Would've been 9 in a row and a 2nd TD pass.


This game was very on-and-off for him. He started really well, then went cold for a long stretch — actually the longest of his career. Stafford went something like eight straight passes without a completion, which was also a career high.

Then, of course, he was clutch on the final drive. On/off… on/off… on/off. That’s pretty much how he’s been since that Seattle game.

I honestly can’t remember the last time he played well for a full four quarters. And by ‘well,’ I don’t mean perfect — I mean no interceptions, no long stretches without completions, and no ‘what the hell was he thinking?’ type of throws.

I like Stafford a lot. I still think the positives outweigh the negatives, and I want him back next year. But I also think it’s time for the Rams to start preparing for the next QB — probably around 2027.

This one was a squeeker.....4 INT's and the Hags had a real shot to steal this game.

The W is nice, but the Rams need to learn from this....IMO, this gave the Hags a ton of confidence and a belief that they are for real.



Well then, Sean McVay and the other coaches need to figure out how to counter what the Seahawks were doing vs. our team on defense, since the Rams can't count on getting four interceptions again during the rematch at Seattle on December 18th, in another Thursday night divisional contest.

Still, it's good to have the Good Guys in sole possession of the top spot in the NFC West for the first time this year, leading is always better than chasing... :cool: :) :!:

Rams were favored by about 3, pretty standard edge for a home team between equals.

And by equals, I mean arguably the two best football teams in the world. Philly, Denver and others will obviously have a say before it's all over, but imo the Rams just beat the 2nd best team in the NFL. So how easy was it supposed to be?

The 4 picks were a huge difference in the game. Darnold was pressured and threw them. Stafford was pressured and grounded them instead. Both pass rushes are elite. Both QB's aren't at this point. Stafford was reduced to largely ineffective for a lot of the game, but he refused to make things easier for SEA. Let our defense do it's job.

Will it be a tough game in SEA? Obviously, tho SEA tends to play just as well/better on the road for whatever reason.

Rams are an inch or two from being undefeated. SEA from one loss, if not undefeated themselves.

Nothing's easy in this League. But again I think that game represented the current best of the best.

So tell us again what the Rams need to figure out?

Next 2 will be very telling. Both teams have the ability to exploit the Rams defensive weakness, the short ball control passes. Shula needs to look at films and change something up. Going to be like old times up in Seattle. The 12s are going to be nuts!

Because he's too tiny to play in the NFL. He is good for one thing and that's running deep routes towards the sideline where he won't get killed. He has good hands and good speed but not good enough for the money he got paid this year. JMO
