Re: Maybe TE guru McVay finally found a TE for crying out loud

I personally like the pick. I would have preferred a different pick at 26 but can’t complain about this one at 46. TE was a huge gap in my opinion. Hope this guy turns out to be good though.

Let’s see what happens with our next pick.

The more I read about him and the more I listen to McVay ...

Re: Chris Paul Jr.

Rampager66 wrote: April 26th, 2025, 4:02 pm Do you have his stats against the Run? Teams will just run at him more when he's out there if he shuts down the Pass and is 1 dimensional.
Only missed 4 percent of his tackles last year

Re: Who is old like me?

I turned the TV off prior to that Rams possession with 2 or three minutes left,I just knew they were going to lose.My older buddy said no you don’t give up on your team and turned it back on,I could hardly believe it when Waddy went gliding into the end zone with that ball! What a great win that was ...

Re: 2025 Draft. Les Snead's Greatest Work

On another note about this draft - I notice people ranting about the Rams not drafting a CB this year.
Well, my thought on that is that we drafted a pretty good pass rusher in Stewart. A more intense pass rush means the secondary gets help right there.

Re: UDFA Tracker

Didn't exactly target the top free agents available

Don't know if they did, or didn't. I saw my nephew go through the UDFA process. His agent told him how it works is a team calls about you, and there is no dickering. Either yes, or no. There is no "let me see who else calls". If you hesitate ...

Re: Top Ten Linebackers

The best ILB fell to the Eagles(albeit a trade up), just like the best 2 DBs fell to them last year. How do they get so lucky?

I'll take a little luck now and then. Last year all those QB's and offensive players pushed Verse down to us. I saw Verse mocked as high as 8 and never thought the ...

Rams’ Biggest Concern for 2025: The Health of Their Offensive Line

As the Rams gear up for the 2025 NFL season, fresh off an NFC West title and a disappointing playoff loss to the Eagles, the team is well-positioned to remain competitive in the NFC West. With head coach McVay, quarterback Matthew Stafford, and the signing of Devante Adams, the offense appears to be ...

Air Puka

Puka Nacua has made a lot of spectacular catches in his brief NFL career thus far, but his touchdown grab against the New England Patriots last season might’ve been his best. It was a diving catch near the edge of the end zone, going full-extension to make the grab for six points.

As incredible as ...

Re: Rams’ Biggest Concern for 2025: The Health of Their Offensive Line

Yes this to me is the main concern entering the season.. even above CB talent.. if anyone goes down on the OL, our season could be over.

I really hope the Rams find some depth before the season starts.

Re: Strengthening The Secondary: Jalen Ramsey or Asante Samuel Jr.?

For me this rather simple.... Samuel! It's not close in my book. I think Ramsey is sliding toward mortality, and then his contract..

Why does no team want to touch Samuel with a 10-foot pole? He was a big name but now he's black balled or something. Good young corners just do not stay on ...

Re: Jarquez Hunter Highlights - Will He Push Blake Corum Out?

I'm skeptical Jarquez Hunter will have a huge impact this year. He could take away carries from Corum or put up some numbers if KW gets hurt but rookie RB's don't do much under McVay.

Agree. I watched him in a few games this year (Mizzou shut him down but he did well vs. Bama). I was happy the ...

Over the years he has seemed to be a McVay/ Rams hater. Coach appeared on his show a few weeks ago, and since he’s been very very complementing of the Rams lately. It almost feels weird 🤣🤣.

I noticed it a few years ago - he took a shot on McVay whenever he could, calling him "Boy Genius" and ...

Rams Cornerback Depth Analysis for the 2025 Season

As the Rams head into the 2025 NFL season with a roster poised for a deep playoff run, bolstered by the signings of Devante Adams, Poona Ford, Nate Landman, Coleman Shelton, and a strong draft. One position that continues to spark discussion is the cornerback spot. Despite a talented roster, the ...

Re: 49ers have easiest strength of schedule in 2025

The surest way to enter the Playoffs is a weak schedule. This happens year after year. We need to sweep the 9ers again.

I have to disagree here Claremont...

Although I agree that having an easy schedule can def help a team make the playoffs... but its not the 'surest'. To me, the surest way a ...

And of course it's based on the perception that last year's teams are still gonna be bad. Which is not nearly the case anymore. Unless you're Cleveland or the Jets and Giants, Bears.

Re: Jalen Ramsey Trade Implications: Post-June 1st Impact & Analysis

Could not agree with you more. We need to just say no.

If Forbes really does look as good as McVay says it lessens the need. Even if Miami dumps him for a 6th or 7th we still have to eat his guaranteed contract. I saw somewhere we can cut him after 2025 but I think we will be on the hook for ...

Re: Trey Hendrickson

Could he become a Ram? He's not happy with his contract in Cincy and he shouldn't demand a lot of compensation. Maybe we can get him for a 3rd and a 6th. He wants is a long term contract. I think this would be a good pickup if we were able to get a deal done. Him playing across from Verse would ...
