Just an FYI, the Mock Draft simulation tool is estimating we will be drafting at position #10. I arrived at this number by looking into the big draft boards and combining their best guesses.

I was with a friend of mine yesterday who is a die hard Lions fan. He said their OL sucks and why he doesn't think they will make the playoffs. So this doesn’t surprise me………..

If/when he clears waivers I suspect they sign him to the PS

With Karty, it isn’t about leg strength, it is about timing and technique. He will end up somewhere.

I personally think Karty is a better kicker than Mevis, with much higher upside. Not saying this was the wrong move. Something had to be done and Mevis has answered the bell. Those divisional games always worry me no matter what the records are other than Arizona lol. But how freaking awesome would that be to eliminate them and win the Super Bowl in their stadium!!!!

I worked out what is going on with Ferguson - its the emergence of Colby Parkinson this season as a legit number 1 TE. And the under rated emergence of Davis Allen as his backup.

Having seen him at Mizzou, its amazing to me that he has not made and NFL team until the Rams took a chance. I believe he was near perfect in the UFL too.

Maybe they’ll have an actual kicking competition in the offseason. Mevis has been rock solid, so they must have good reasons to keep Karty around. I’m concerned, however, because McQuaide just turned 38. Could he still snap next year?

He's been the best run blocking TE the Last 3 weeks, a period the Rams run game has perhaps been at it's best this year!
